Responsibilities

  • Review requests related to insurance claims/policies via mail, telephone, or in person
  • Conduct outbound calls in the ZipDrug business area
  • Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years in automated customer service environment
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including programs like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Access
