About the role

Responsibilities
- Apply chemical engineering principles to chemical process design, scale-up, troubleshooting, and optimization for pilot and production operations
- Develop specifications and test methods for new and existing production processes
- Perform process and equipment design calculations
- Support the design, specification, and prototyping of chemical process equipment and systems for new and existing manufacturing processes
- Design and execute DoE studies to optimize operating conditions and identify critical process parameters
- Effectively conduct root cause analysis to solve process challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chemical process development, scale-up, or manufacturing 3 years experience with a Master’s
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Demonstrated expertise in reaction chemistry and complex process troubleshooting
