Registration Project Coordinator managing customer projects at Element Fleet Management. Initiating, planning, and executing projects to meet service levels and customer expectations in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
Use a variety of skills to initiate, design, plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects.
Work with the client and various internal departments, to identify, analyze and implement title management projects.
Create project timeline and maintain those deadlines throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with manager, clients and team members to set expectations, objectives and convey information regarding deliverables.
Monitor status of Projects to execute bulk request and while ensuring consistent delivery of value to the client by dividing the project in smaller units that can be managed.
Assign prioritized work for the day ensuring completion of Projects and focusing on those approaching their due dates.
Use established KPIs to assess Project success while creating continuous opportunities for improvement in the Team.
Function as a SME for processors and internal stakeholders, such as FPS and Commercial
Manage incoming project requests timely and accurately
Identify and resolve errors prior to submission of a project.
Create reports to update our clients on current project status
Continue to develop SOPs for all the transaction types we handle
Distribute daily service cloud cases we receive to ensure they are addressed within the SLAs.
Requirements
High school diploma/equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
