About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and improve CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on developer-facing needs
- Design, maintain, and scale GitLab CI infrastructure and runners
- Work with Bazel-based build systems in a monorepo environment
- Collaborate with SRE teams on CI/CD reliability and infrastructure automation
- Support Kubernetes (EKS) and cloud infrastructure managed via Terraform
- Improve observability and reliability of CI/CD systems using Datadog and Grafana
- Participate in reliability testing, incident reviews, and process improvements
- Work closely with customer engineers, SREs, and security teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
- Solid knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform
- Experience with ArgoCD, Datadog, and observability practices (would be a plus)
- Experience with Bazel or similar advanced build systems (would be a plus)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD scalability, performance, and reliability
- Experience working closely with developers and improving developer experience
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
