About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising contracts and other high-complexity instruments;
- Strong involvement in contract negotiations;
- Management of the contract management tool, preparation of reports and monitoring of KPIs;
- Act as a business partner to the commercial/business area, HR and other departments, providing strategic advice and mitigating contractual and legal risks;
- Preparation of legal opinions (civil, labor/employment, corporate law)
Requirements
- Law degree and active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
- Experience in a corporate legal department and in contract analysis and management;
- Advanced English (experience in analyzing and negotiating international contracts);
- Knowledge of public funding and incentive laws, intellectual property (IP), governance, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) and compliance;
- Postgraduate degree (preferably in contracts);
