About the role
- Chef de Projet MOA responsible for piloting Finance projects and user support in a cloud-native environment. Working with Finance, IT, and external partners in an international context.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze and formalize Finance business requirements
- Lead Finance application projects (scoping, deployment, enhancements)
- Draft requirement specifications, functional specifications and test plans
- Organize and coordinate functional testing phases (UAT)
- Support users through change management activities
- Analyze functional impacts of new releases
- Coordinate tests and user acceptances related to updates
- Perform functional validation prior to production deployment
- Actively participate in 2026 projects, notably:
- Implementation of electronic invoicing for customers and suppliers
- Contribute to the smooth operation of Finance applications
- Respond to user requests and incidents via the ticketing tool
- Prioritize enhancement requests in coordination with the Group Applications Manager and business stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance and IT processes
- Write and maintain documentation on Confluence:
- Projects
- Procedures
- How-tos and user support
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management, Information Systems or equivalent
- Proven experience as a MOA / AMOA Project Manager
- Ideally, successful experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including version upgrades
- Good understanding of Finance processes (accounting, invoicing, procurement, expense reports, etc.)
- Comfortable working in cloud / SaaS and interconnected environments
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new business applications
- Strong writing skills (specifications, documentation, procedures)
- Ability to interact with both business and IT stakeholders
- Service-oriented, rigorous, autonomous and able to synthesize information
- Professional proficiency in French and English required.
