Responsibilities
Support the execution of communication activities across digital channels (website, newsletters, social media).
Coordinate with internal project teams to source success story content, testimonials, and visuals to develop brand narrative.
Coordinate with multiple Project Officers to ensure structured collection and communication of project results, success stories, and best practices to ensure visibility and impact across European stakeholders.
Support website updates, content uploads, and basic formatting.
Assist with internal tracking, coordination, and reporting of communication and dissemination activities.
Assist with content coordination and implementation in collaboration with an external communications agency.
Requirements
Enrolled student in an advanced degree for communications, marketing, media studies, business, or related fields (Master's or equivalent).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and/or website CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress, etc.) is a plus.
Structured, reliable, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
