About the role

  • Front-End Developer creating engaging user experiences for government teams on secure web applications. Collaborating with product managers and leadership to meet mission goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product managers and government leadership to understand mission goals and user requirements
  • Design and deliver large-scale digital experiences that are intuitive and visually refined
  • Contribute across the full spectrum of the digital lifecycle, including user research, interface design, accessibility compliance, rapid prototyping, and front-end development
  • Combine UX thinking with strong engineering practices to ensure user-centered solutions

Requirements

  • Experience developing high-quality front-end applications using Vue.js, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS / SCSS
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.x, Section 508 compliance, responsive design, and front-end best practices in secure government environments
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects across locations and charge codes, while managing expectations and delivering polished, high-quality results
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment in lieu of a degree
