About the role

  • Analista de CS Pleno responsible for client relationships and strategic action plans at Edify. Focusing on retention, upsell opportunities, and engagement reports.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, inspire, and build relationships;
  • Manage relationships with schools and school owners/administrators;
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and retention opportunities;
  • Map churn risks and implement mitigation actions;
  • Perform strategic analysis of the customer portfolio;
  • Negotiate upsell and cross-sell deals;
  • Present products and engagement reports;
  • Liaise with internal teams to drive improvements and deliverables;
  • Support events and presentations of expansion results.

Requirements

  • Strong time management skills;
  • Commercial/sales experience;
  • Experience working with targets/quotas;
  • Experience in consultative selling;
  • Availability to travel;
