- Plan and implement laboratory operations for the purpose of developing material and fabrication procedures that meet cost, product specification, and performance standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and aerodynamicists, to integrate materials effectively into missile design.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations by implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout the material selection and production processes.
- Conduct internal & external innovation training sessions for employees on coating materials, energy absorption materials.
- Conceptualize and develop solutions based on project requirements and company standards by using simulations/modelling & experiments to support expansions and changes.
