Responsibilities
- Management of cost reduction proposals
- Development and monitoring of implementation timelines
- Interface with technical areas: Engineering, Purchasing, EVC, Finance, Quality, Logistics and Readiness
- Prospecting of new cost-reduction ideas
- Management of product ideas from the Idea Generation Program
- Support for Klausur events and supplier visits
- Participation in working sessions and management-level meetings
- Preparation and presentation of management reports and KPI indicators
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Experience with cost-reduction projects for the automotive sector
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
- Advanced English for conversation preferred
- Employment under CLT with hybrid work in Resende/RJ
