Responsibilities
Develop audit plans based on risk assessments and coordinate audit execution to ensure compliance with established standards and deadlines and to provide accurate evaluations of processes and controls.
Assign tasks, monitor progress and provide ongoing training and feedback to promote team development and ensure audits are performed efficiently and accurately.
Conduct analyses of existing processes and controls to propose improvements that mitigate risks and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to senior management and the audit committee to provide a clear view of audit findings and support corrective decision-making.
Track proposed corrective actions and carry out follow-up audits to ensure improvements are effectively implemented and issues are resolved promptly.
Ensure best practices for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Social Responsibility standards, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Operate in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with company guidelines to meet regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.
Ensure audits comply with applicable laws and regulations to promote continuous improvement of internal processes and adherence to organizational guidelines.
Requirements
Professional experience in the field.
Bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
