  • Auditor Specialist at EcoRodovias overseeing audits and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating on process improvements and providing detailed reports to management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop audit plans based on risk assessments and coordinate audit execution to ensure compliance with established standards and deadlines and to provide accurate evaluations of processes and controls.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress and provide ongoing training and feedback to promote team development and ensure audits are performed efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct analyses of existing processes and controls to propose improvements that mitigate risks and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present recommendations to senior management and the audit committee to provide a clear view of audit findings and support corrective decision-making.
  • Track proposed corrective actions and carry out follow-up audits to ensure improvements are effectively implemented and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure best practices for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Social Responsibility standards, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
  • Operate in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with company guidelines to meet regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure audits comply with applicable laws and regulations to promote continuous improvement of internal processes and adherence to organizational guidelines.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in the field.
  • Bachelor's degree and postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge of IT Audit.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Data Analysis methods.
  • Experience in Forensic Audit.
  • Process Management and Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • International experience.
  • Strategic planning.
