About the role

• Senior Process Engineer working on LNG infrastructure projects at ECOnnect Energy. Leading design and development of process systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the process systems we deliver are safe and efficient.
• Combine hands-on engineering with discipline leadership, safeguarding quality and driving innovation and continuous improvement in all process-related work.
• Lead the design and development of process systems for ECOnnect’s floating terminal solutions according to customer needs.
• Work hands-on with advanced technology and collaborate within a small, dedicated multidisciplinary team of motivated professionals.
• Deliver robust, compliant, and innovative solutions across sales, projects, and R&D—enabling energy terminals worldwide and taking pride in the quality and impact of every system we deliver.

Requirements

• Relevant education within process engineering.
• Solid background in process engineering, with proficiency in developing process diagrams (PFD/P&ID), process calculations, and simulations.
• LNG experience from import/export terminals or vessels (FSRUs, LNG carriers, small‑scale LNG ships)
• Familiarity with design and commissioning processes within EPC project environments.
• The ability to provide discipline leadership, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and sound decision-making as required by the position level.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
