About the role

  • Support Product Management in developing the digital product at afterbuy, collaborating with the Senior Product Manager and development team. Document and analyze user feedback, ensuring quality assurance of new features.

Responsibilities

  • You will support our product management team in the ongoing development of our digital product — working closely with the Senior Product Manager and our development team.
  • You will write and refine user stories including acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are clearly documented.
  • You will perform acceptance tests and support the quality assurance of new features.
  • You will analyze user feedback, support tickets and basic KPIs to identify concrete opportunities for improvement.
  • You will document product changes and the results of tests, meetings and alignments.
  • You will participate in agile meetings (e.g. refinements, reviews) and assist with their preparation and follow-up.
  • You will develop step by step — professionally, methodically and through direct collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.
  • You will be on site at our Krefeld office at least three days per week to ensure close coordination with development, support and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have an IT qualification, a degree or relevant professional experience — career changers with technical affinity are welcome.
  • You have already gained some experience working in an agile environment or with digital products (e.g. as a working student, intern or in project work).
  • You work in a structured, communicative and team-oriented manner.
  • You are curious, keen to develop and willing to learn tools such as Azure.
  • You can easily understand both technical and business contexts.
  • You have a hands-on attitude and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel.
