Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business wins by expertly managing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing deep-dive product insights and demonstrating how cloud architecture solves specific customer pain points.
Drive customer success by delivering innovative ideas and optimizing their journey into advanced cloud environments.
Conduct high-level technical presentations and business solution walkthroughs via Microsoft Teams.
Lead group and one-on-one training sessions for the wider team to elevate technical knowledge across the center.
Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing models for major vendors and their competitors.
Requirements
Native or Proficient Danish + Fluent English (B2/C1).
A Bachelor's degree is required (preference for Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics).
3–6+ years of experience in tech-related sales, business development, or pre-sales environments.
Minimum Cloud Fundamentals certification is required at the start; L200 certification is highly preferred.
A solid understanding of identity, authentication, security, and compliance within hybrid and cloud deployments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious targets.
