About the role

  • Logistics Analyst supporting material management and inventory control tasks. Ensuring accurate inventory and collaborating with related departments in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and control of MRO inventories, monitoring stock levels and material availability;
  • Control material receipts, issues and movements in the system;
  • Liaise with maintenance, procurement, third-party logistics (3PL) operators and carriers, tracking requests from submission to availability and delivery of materials for maintenance work orders;
  • Plan and execute cycle counts and full inventories at storage locations, ensuring inventory accuracy;
  • Monitor reverse logistics processes, including the return of unused parts from maintenance and operations;
  • Update information in ERP and WMS systems and prepare reports and logistics KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory accuracy, lead times, logistics performance);
  • Ensure and maintain up-to-date master data for materials, spare parts and suppliers;
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering or a related field;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • English language skills — a plus;
  • Experience in inventory control or logistics.
