About the role

  • Analista Financeiro Júnior ensuring regulatory compliance in fiscal accounting for energy operations at Grupo Equatorial. Supporting audit processes and maintaining financial documentation in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance in the fiscal accounting of energy operations.
  • Support tax inspections and fiscal audits.
  • Record and post invoices related to the 'Parcela A' energy component.
  • Assist in preparing measurements and drafting payment requisitions.
  • Organize and maintain control of fiscal/tax documents.
  • Update tracking spreadsheets.
  • Support reporting routines and performance indicators.
  • Provide support for internal requests from partner departments.
  • Manage deadlines and the schedule of regulatory deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in fiscal accounting.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous experience with financial routines and meeting deadlines.
