About the role

  • Accounting Specialist at ECE Group aiming for process optimization and efficient account management. Collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiencies in financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing account maintenance for the vouchers business for our shopping centers
  • Responsible for monthly review and account reconciliation for the vouchers business
  • Active management of payment and voucher service providers
  • Design of relevant KPIs for monitoring and reporting
  • Identify optimization opportunities and drive automation initiatives
  • Close collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth interface communication

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial/vocational training and several years of professional experience in accounting/controlling
  • Ideally some initial experience in process and project management
  • Enjoy working with data and performing analytical tasks
  • Very good knowledge of common accounting software (SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Good English skills
