Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing strategy, brand marketing, and communications management
  • Own and evolve the overall brand strategy, ensuring a clear identity across channels
  • Define and lead the creative strategy, guiding campaign development
  • Own product marketing strategy, messaging, and documentation
  • Oversee and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across channels
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies based on key performance metrics
  • Define and manage channel strategy across web, email, social, partnerships, and press
  • Guide content strategy, including CTAs and campaign alignment
  • Partner with product, research, coaching, and partnerships teams
  • Own and execute the overall digital strategy across channels

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product or growth marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through multi-channel campaigns
  • Experience owning budgets, KPIs, and team hiring/development
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
