Responsibilities
Financial Accounting: You are responsible for the entire area of financial accounting.
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management: You review, code and post day-to-day transactions and keep our accounts under constant review.
Taxes & Compliance: You ensure our financial accounting complies with commercial and tax law requirements and submit tax filings on time.
Financial Statement Preparation: You prepare and take responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in close coordination with our tax advisor.
Controlling & Liquidity Management: You carry out forward-looking liquidity planning and introduce a budgeting process.
Interface Role: You are the contact person for tax advisors and auditors and work closely with management.
Processes & Tools: You take system ownership for existing tools and further develop digital workflows.
Requirements
Professional Experience: You have a commercial or tax-related vocational qualification with an additional qualification, e.g., as a financial accountant, auditor, or a completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance & Controlling.
Your Expertise: You have several years of professional experience in financial accounting and controlling.
You possess solid knowledge of German commercial and tax law and have already prepared or independently compiled annual financial statements.
Structure & Personal Responsibility: You enjoy working independently, are process-oriented and keep an overview even on complex topics.
You have a good sense of priorities and deadlines.
