Responsibilities
Design, develop, and manage cathodic protection systems for various infrastructure projects.
Conduct field surveys, testing, and diagnostics to evaluate the effectiveness of existing cathodic protection systems.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cathodic protection systems.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Corrosion Science, or a related field
4-10 years of experience in cathodic protection engineering
Strong technical knowledge of corrosion control and cathodic protection principles
Proficiency in using engineering design software and tools
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Certification from the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) as a Cathodic Protection Specialist or Engineer preferred
Experience with cathodic protection systems for natural gas utilities and large-scale infrastructure preferred
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NACE, ASTM)
