About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with international category teams for Technical Services, with a focus on Facility Services & Technical Building Management
- Support teams in processing supplier onboardings (e.g., supplier self-registration, answering HSE questionnaires, etc.)
- Prepare and follow up on negotiations and meetings
- Assist with administrative tasks and office organization
- Carry out business-related, analytical and conceptual special projects as well as supplier research

Requirements
- You are an enrolled student in business-related studies (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering) or a related field
- You have strong communication skills and are a team player
- You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a strong interest in other systems (SRM tools, SAP)
- A confident manner and a high degree of independence with strong customer- and service-orientation are a plus
- Native-level German (spoken and written) and good English skills complete your profile
