About the role
- Werkstudent:in - Agiles Projektmanagement und Co-Product Owner bei Bayernwerk. Unterstützung der digitalen Transformation und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen.
Responsibilities
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftsprozesse mit und treibst die digitale Transformation im Bayernwerk voran.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Product Ownern arbeitest du in einem agilen Setting am Aufbau einer modernen Mitarbeiter-Plattform, die alle Anwendungen, Prozesse und Informationen strukturiert und zentral für alle Mitarbeiter des Bayernwerks zur Verfügung stellt.
- Du sammelst Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen, analysierst sie sorgfältig und bereitest sie für die Umsetzung durch unser internationales Entwicklerteam auf.
- Du verantwortest das monatliche Reporting unserer zentralen Kennzahlen (KPIs) und trägst zur Datenbasierten Steuerung der Plattform bei.
Requirements
- Du bist immatrikulierte:r Student:in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsinformatik, oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit IT-Fokus oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Digitalisierung und der Verknüpfung zu Geschäftsprozessen.
- Du bist ein anpackender Gestalter, der innovative Lösungen eigenverantwortlich entwickelt und den besten Weg findet, diese zielgerichtet und kundenfokussiert umzusetzen.
- Du bringst deine Ideen in die Kommunikationsstrategie für unsere Mitarbeiter-Plattform ein und hilfst, ihre Relevanz und Nutzung aktiv zu fördern.
- Du führst eigenständig Gespräche mit Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen, um ihre Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse zu verstehen und diese gezielt in unserer Mitarbeiter-Plattform zu integrieren und zu optimieren.
