About the role

  • Senior Change & Digital Adoption Consultant leading IT transformation strategies for E.ON's Digital Technology organization. Apply change management frameworks and engage with stakeholders for digital adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement end-to-end change management and digital adoption approaches for large-scale IT implementations — from concept through to sustainable adoption
  • Advise senior stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making on change impacts
  • Design training programs and digital adoption journeys
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions and coach leadership
  • Lead or support PMO functions: planning, roadmap development, milestone tracking, reporting, and management of risks & dependencies
  • Ensure alignment across IT, business, and change/digital adoption streams

Requirements

  • University degree in Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering sustainable IT transformations
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies applied to complex digital technology projects
  • Excellent consulting skills, from problem-solving and customer orientation to advanced organisational and planning capabilities
  • Experience in PMO or project management within IT environments
  • Proven senior stakeholder management experience, including engagement with IT leadership and programme sponsors
  • Strong facilitation and enablement skills
  • Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
