About the role

  • Requirements Engineer developing technical specifications and managing IT requirements for E.ON's retirement services. Collaborating with teams and providing training in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements management: Independently develop, align and define functional requirements and create technical specifications
  • Interface management: Actively shape the interface between end users, IT specialists and external partners
  • Process development: Contribute to the definition, maintenance and further development of the requirements management process
  • Project support: Support cross-functional projects for the introduction, optimization or new development of software solutions
  • Knowledge transfer: Prepare and deliver training and information sessions

Requirements

  • Experience in IT requirements management: Deep knowledge and several years of experience in designing and implementing requirements for commercial/administrative software development or optimization
  • Solid education: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Expertise in occupational pension schemes (bAV): Extensive, long-standing experience in bAV and solid knowledge in implementing and optimizing bAV-related processes
  • Process and interface understanding: Enjoy analyzing, translating and optimizing business processes into IT requirements, and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers
  • Microsoft Dynamics know-how: Several years of experience using and extending Microsoft Dynamics and familiarity with adapting complex business processes in a bAV context
  • Methodical and conceptual strength: Very good analytical, conceptual and methodological skills, as well as a careful, structured and independent working style while complying with process and quality standards
  • Communication and teamwork: Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
  • Service orientation: Strong customer focus and the ability to develop solutions from the users' perspective
  • Language skills: Confident written and spoken English
