Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring all testing activities within a project
Develop the test strategy and select appropriate methods
Ensure the setup and provisioning of a suitable test environment
Coordinate and lead the project test team
Perform quality assurance and analyse test results
Report and communicate test progress, results and risks
Apply test automation and tools effectively
Manage risks within the testing process
Contribute ideas and experience to further develop bank-wide testing processes
Take on project leadership responsibilities or special tasks as required
Requirements
Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and several years of professional experience as a Test Manager
Ideally at least five years in this role and three years in operational test coordination
Certifications such as ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level or ISTQB® Certified Tester – Test Manager, Advanced Level
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, both traditional and agile
Experience testing across various technical platforms (mainframe environments, cloud, Java-based applications)
Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
