About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in projects, particularly around Cash‑FX, financial transactions and reconciliation
- Assume subject-matter responsibility or take on the role of project management
- Analyze and optimize existing processes
- Develop new concepts and advance the development of systems and processes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners in the custody process
- Prepare clear, impactful presentations and decision documents for different target audiences
- Independently familiarize yourself with new topics and develop solutions
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, a degree in finance or business administration, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in project management or process optimization, ideally from the banking or financial services environment
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with IT and to translate business requirements clearly
- Confident user of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills (B1)
