About the role
- Business Analyst managing the wpNex platform for digital assets operations in a leading securities service provider in Germany. Collaborating cross-functionally and enhancing platform operational stability.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the stable operational running of "wpNex".
- Functional enhancement of the platform and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Preparation of functional and process analyses as well as user stories for features and improvements.
- Support in testing new functionalities.
- Support in planning and further development of the "wpNex" roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in creating requirements documents and user stories, as well as designing and executing test cases.
- Proven experience working in (agile) projects and knowledge of common project methods (e.g., SCRUM or KANBAN) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in the securities business, crypto, or the financial sector in general is a plus.
- Fluent German (C1) and business-fluent English.
- Strong analytical skills and a good affinity for numbers.
- Understanding of process-related and technical interdependencies.
