Responsibilities
Provide effective leadership, setting clear expectations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory environment in which the team operates, including relevant compliance policies.
Track individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to overall team performance, including financial and non-financial measures, where applicable.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings (1-1s) to foster employee engagement, identify areas of improvement, and develop and document individualised development plans for team members.
Ensure strict adherence to the procedures of the business as outlined in core materials, manuals, and training materials.
Engage with internal clients to gather insights into operational performance and address any escalated issues.
Conduct thorough file reviews with a high level of attention to detail to optimise the progression of matters in an efficient and effective manner.
Fully engage with the firm's performance review cycle to facilitate professional growth.
Prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively to ensure all delegated tasks are completed to specified deadlines and consistently meet high standards.
Provide support and assistance to the Legal Delivery Manager to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently adhered to, delivering exceptional service.
