About the role
- Solicitor providing expert legal advice on real estate matters for corporate occupiers. Managing caseloads and supporting a collaborative, growth-focused Real Estate team in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied case load and provide expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters and asset management
- Support the Real Estate team in driving continuous growth and improvement across the team
- Working closely with clients to provide practical, clear, and robust legal advice, ensuring their commercial objectives are met
- Maintaining and managing strong relationships with key clients
- Providing support to and mentoring more junior members in the team
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor with experience working in a leading real estate team
- Experience managing your own caseload including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests and commercial landlord and tenant matters for corporate occupiers
- Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and written communication skills
- Able to manage files independently and contribute to wider team matters when required
- Confident and personable with excellent stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative approach to building and developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated and performance-driven, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
