About the role

  • Research Operations Administrator role shaping business decisioning data and analytics at Dun & Bradstreet. Collaborating with teams and improving performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a research expert and resource for internal / external customers.
  • Investigate / adjudicated / conduct investigations across internal and external systems
  • Act as a liaison between key business representative on major managed and data stewardship relationships.
  • Contribute to and execute key performance metrics, monitor process and make data driven recommendation to improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of business experience within customer support.
  • Ability to work independently and diverse team in a dynamic environment, as part of a global team while managing multi priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent organization, decision-making, analytical skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
  • Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insight.
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
