About the role

  • Multimedia Designer responsible for video production and motion graphics at Dsquares. Create high-impact content to enhance brand stories across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce videos for product demos, customer testimonials, brand stories, and thought leadership
  • Create storyboards and shot lists for video productions
  • Ensure consistent brand look and feel across all video content
  • Create video templates for recurring content series
  • Create animated explainer videos and product demonstrations
  • Develop animated social media content and ads
  • Create kinetic typography and text animations
  • Design animated logos, transitions, and brand elements
  • Create GIF animations for social media and email
  • Edit video footage (Videos, Testimonials, short-form videos for social media, event recaps + highlight reels, and webinar replays)
  • Perform color correction and color grading
  • Mix and master audio including voiceover, music, and sound effects
  • Add motion graphics, titles, and visual effects
  • Optimize videos for different platforms and specifications
  • Add subtitles and captions for accessibility and silent viewing
  • Edit podcast episodes for Loyalize
  • Create podcast intro/outro animations and graphics
  • Design audio visualizers and video podcasts
  • Produce promotional clips and social media teasers
  • Create episode graphics and YouTube thumbnails
  • Maintain organized video asset library and footage archive
  • Store and backup raw footage and project files
  • Create video style guides and templates
  • Manage stock footage and music libraries
  • Collaborate with brand teams on video concepts and creative direction
  • Participate in creative briefs and pre-production planning
  • Work with Graphic Designer on coordinated visual campaigns
  • Partner with Product Marketing on product demo videos
  • Support Campaign Manager with video ad creative
  • Coordinate with external videographers or production companies as needed

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in video and motion software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, cinematography, and optimizing content for different platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to present creative concepts clearly.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple multimedia projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
