About the role
- Technical Product Manager managing the lifecycle of a SaaS application at Dropsuite. Responsible for API roadmap, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration in a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for public and internal APIs.
- Drive API design standards, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and developer friendly.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations: discovery, build, launch, and adoption.
- Partner with external vendors and technology partners to deliver seamless integrations.
- Improve developer onboarding, documentation, and sample code.
- Define and track metrics for API usage, integration adoption, and developer satisfaction.
- Work closely with engineering teams to reduce friction in implementation.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, or developer-facing products.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and data formats (JSON, XML).
- Comfortable working closely with engineering teams on technical concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Exposure to security, compliance, or enterprise SaaS environments is a plus.
- Understanding of agile product development methodologies.
- Passion for technology and product innovation.
- Professional-level English proficiency.
