Responsibilities
Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and high-priority workflows with precision

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
4-8 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder
Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills
Resides in or near the San Francisco Bay Area
Strong experience in event planning
Poised and clear in both written and verbal communication
Able to manage highly sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and technologies
