About the role

  • Content & Research Manager responsible for content and research strategy development in a pharma marketing agency. Collaborating with stakeholders to create and distribute engaging content.

Responsibilities

  • You support the development and ongoing refinement of our content and research strategy, bringing structure to topics, formats, and publication schedules.
  • You research, analyze, and prepare complex industry and market topics from the digital German and international pharmaceutical sectors, tailored to the target audience — ranging from studies and white papers to specialist articles and digital formats.
  • You ensure content is technically sound, clear, and relevant. You are responsible for content creation and publication and you coordinate review and approval processes.
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders across teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Consulting, PR) and actively contribute to topic development to shape and advance content.
  • You manage distribution of created content across multiple channels (website, content portal, social media, mailings, press).
  • You analyze content and marketing activities using relevant KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • You work with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support the evaluation of leads and performance data.

Requirements

  • You have a strong understanding of complex interrelationships and can present them in a structured way.
  • You have experience producing written, analytical, and visual content, ideally in a B2B or knowledge-driven environment.
  • You work in an organized, detail-oriented manner and can keep track of multiple topics and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You can formulate and present content clearly and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders from different teams.
  • You are interested in data-driven working methods, new tools, and ideally AI-supported workflows.
  • In addition to content creation, you have experience with content distribution and the associated tools, such as website maintenance, email marketing, social media management, and media relations.
  • You already use AI tools in your day-to-day work and are willing to integrate them into all relevant steps of the content strategy.
  • You are customer- and service-oriented and maintain strong relationship management and empathy.
