About the role

  • Field Service Technician in Düsseldorf supporting clients in time recording and access control systems. Involves installation, maintenance and customer support for various technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware components
  • Fault analysis, troubleshooting and repairs
  • Maintenance of customer systems for time recording and access control
  • Assisting customers during system commissioning
  • Supporting our support team
  • Maintaining and updating existing documentation

Requirements

  • Open to career changers, fitters or electricians — most importantly you have hands-on skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for 2–3 day installation assignments
  • Driver's license: Class B (formerly Class 3)
  • Good command of German
