- Flex to nights or weekends to oversee and spot check the team
Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience
- Experience leading remote assistance or operational programs, including large teams
- Prior experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles
- Experience with custom Remote Assistance platforms, JIRA, Slack and other tools
