Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the legal department’s meetings and events, including planning, logistics, document preparation, and on-site assistance.
Serve as a point of contact for internal legal stakeholders and executive assistants to ensure efficient information flow.
Support legal and financial reporting processes, including provisions, data collection, version control, and submissions.
Assist with the preparation of legal presentations and documents as required.
Manage and organize legal files and archives, both electronic and paper.
Arrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries.
Prepare and review expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance prior to approval.
Provide general administrative support to help maintain the efficiency of the legal department.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a senior administrative assistant
Fully bilingual in French and English, with superior grammar and spelling in both languages
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to learn new software as needed (SAP, SharePoint, Concur, etc.)
