Responsibilities
Expand and continuously develop our global talent sourcing organization with the aim of taking it to the next strategic and operational level
Define short- and long-term recruiting and talent needs in close collaboration with HR business partners, line managers and the management board
Design and implement creative, target-group-specific and market-oriented sourcing and engagement strategies, including building sustainable international talent pools
Further develop and globally position Döhler's employer brand in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
Optimize our global recruiting system and recruitment processes using the latest technologies and current market insights
Lead, develop and scale the local team as well as the global talent sourcing organization in a dotted-line structure
Requirements
Several years of solid experience in international talent sourcing and talent acquisition, ideally with additional experience in executive recruiting
Deep knowledge of modern sourcing best practices and strong proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing or comparable tools
A completed degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology or a related field
Strong understanding of the requirements of business functions, preferably supported by professional experience in marketing, sales, account management or related roles
A strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills, strategic vision and an entrepreneurial mindset
Business-fluent German and English, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ideally SmartRecruiters
