About the role

  • Product Manager driving development of mobile and community experiences for AI-powered learning platform. Collaborating with teams to integrate user feedback and improve engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Chart the Path: Co-create the product strategy with the Group Product Manager by synthesizing customer feedback, usage data, and market signals into a vision for the Mobile and Social domains.
  • Command the Roadmap: Own the end-to-end squad backlog for native app experiences, branded app tooling, and community moderation workflows, ensuring every task is prioritized and groomed.
  • Bridge the Gap: Translate opportunities into crystal-clear user stories and functional specifications that empower Engineering and QA to build platform-specific behaviors for iOS and Android.
  • Master the Release: Drive delivery predictability by managing app store release cycles and mobile-specific deployment constraints alongside your Engineering leads.
  • Measure the Magic: Define success metrics and dive into product analytics to improve feature adoption, tracking everything from push notification opt-in rates to community engagement levels.
  • Champion Reliability: Safeguard the user experience by monitoring crash rates and performance hotspots, partnering with Engineering to crush bugs and technical debt.
  • Scale Through Discovery: Lead continuous discovery efforts by validating assumptions through prototypes and AI-accelerated experiments to solve real-world learner problems.

Requirements

  • Execution Powerhouse: You possess a strong sense of ownership and a track record of translating complex problems into clear requirements that land successfully with customers.
  • Mobile Maven: You have direct exposure to or a deep understanding of the native mobile ecosystems (iOS and Android) and the unique constraints of building for handheld devices.
  • Data-Informed Strategist: You are comfortable reasoning with numbers, using product analytics and North Star Metrics to drive prioritization rather than just reporting on them.
  • Technical Translator: You can explain intricate edge cases and system behaviors clearly to both Engineering leads and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Systems Thinker: You care deeply about long-term maintainability and understand how changes in your domain impact adjacent features and the end-to-end user journey.
  • AI Integrator: You naturally seek out AI tools as a force multiplier to refine your PRDs, synthesize feedback, and accelerate your overall workflow.
  • Agile Collaborator: You thrive in cross-functional, globally distributed teams and are a pro at using tools like Jira and Confluence to keep the momentum going.
  • Bonus Points: Social Scientist: You have an intuitive grasp of the mechanics behind social and community products—knowing exactly what drives participation and how to design for trust.
  • Bonus Points: LMS Veteran: You bring previous experience within the Learning Management System or enterprise learning industry.
  • Bonus Points: Academic Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or have equivalent professional experience to back it up).

Benefits

  • Financial Wellness: Own a piece of Docebo through our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) at a 15% discount, plus a competitive compensation package.
  • Your Well-Being, Covered: You’ll get access to health benefits, so you can get the care you need when you need it.
