- Overseeing **monthly bookkeeping** and ensuring accuracy across accounts

Requirements
- You have 3–5 years of experience in **finance management**.
- You have previous experience working in a **start-up or small company** (under 50 employees).
- You are hands-on and proactive, comfortable handling both detail work and strategic projects.
- You have a basic knowledge of **US finance practices**.
- You have direct experience with **US tax and compliance** processes.
- You have eagerness to **learn more about US–DE taxes and financial structures**.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through.
- You have at least B2 German and fluent English skills
