About the role
- Platform Engineer focusing on IT Infrastructure and Private Cloud technologies for DLL. Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams for reliable and scalable environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Windows-based infrastructure solutions.
- Implement automation scripts for deployment (Infra as code), monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place.
- Manage and maintain our virtualization platforms, servers, including updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance on Windows platforms.
- Set up and manage monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience within IT Infrastructure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware).
- 3+ years of coding experience
- Skills: Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Services
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python)
- Excellent Infra coding skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
