Responsibilities
Lead and execute initiatives that extend the Board’s vision — from clean-energy and tech investments to cross-sector collaborations with universities, NGOs, and the service or creative industries.
Design and launch exploratory ventures that merge commercial logic with cultural or social purpose.
Identify new opportunities where our ecosystem can contribute to progress, locally and globally.
Build and nurture relationships with influential leaders — including government officials, CEOs, investors, university heads, and thought leaders.
Represent the Chairman and the Board in international forums, innovation summits, and partnership talks.
Initiate global collaborations that connect our ecosystem with world-class institutions, funds, and creative networks.
Having international education or professional experience is a distinct advantage — but what matters most is your ability to think and operate globally, wherever you are.
Create experiences and platforms that connect technologists, creators, and innovators — such as exhibitions, salons, or gatherings that blend intellect, art, and entrepreneurship.
Collaborate with universities and cultural institutions to amplify science, technology, and design dialogue in public spaces.
Provide strategic and administrative support to the Chairman and Board, ensuring clarity, progress, and follow-through on key decisions.
Collaborate closely with C-level executives to ensure external initiatives complement the company’s vision and momentum.
Manage sensitive communications with discretion and precision.
Requirements
3 to 15 years of experience in innovation, partnerships, strategy, service, or creative industries.
Self-driven and independent, with a natural instinct to take initiative and turn ideas into action.
Fluent in English and Persian; comfortable engaging confidently with leaders, investors, and policymakers across cultures.
Strong understanding of startups, venture ecosystems, sustainability, and technology trends.
Background in tech, consulting, VC, creative, or hospitality industries is highly valued.
