Responsibilities
Preparing journal entries to accurately record financial transactions
Preparing account reconciliations based on established deadlines
Assisting the Senior Accountant in reviewing and validating closing transactions
Validating details of annual budgets and quarterly estimates submitted by the entities
Updating and publishing Estimate and Actual Financial Statement reports
Gathering, preparing, and analyzing financial information and ad hoc reports
Monitoring key performance indicators and analyzing unexpected variances
Collecting and organizing information for the monthly Balanced Scorecard
Conducting self-evaluations following the PLP process
Supporting the external audit process by preparing detailed financial schedules
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in audit or financial accounting
Ability to work onsite at the office in Alabang, Muntinlupa (hybrid mode available after training: 3 office days / 2 home days)
Practical experience with SAP, especially within the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger modules
Familiarity with SOX compliance processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including occasional alignment with European time zones
