Responsibilities
Ensure the proper management and reliability of your client portfolio
Maintain and monitor client accounts, including card payment collection accounts
Ensure smooth invoice collections and debt recovery processes
Ensure the compliance and timely update of accounting entries related to clients
Analyze any discrepancies and ensure their resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on accounting matters, providing clear, precise responses in accordance with applicable rules
Requirements
Degree: BTS in Accounting, DCG or equivalent
Previous similar experience / Collections agent
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with accounting software (Business Central is a plus)
Knowledge of payment service providers (PSPs) such as Floa, Adyen or Payplug is a plus
English language skills are a plus but not required
