About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital optimization.
- Develop customized digitalization strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
- Implement, configure, and optimize Zoho solutions and other cloud-based business tools.
- Support automation initiatives, including workflow customization, API integrations, and data management.
- Plan, manage, and oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through solution-focused consulting.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, plus experience in digitalization, process consulting, or CRM implementation.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to understand client pain points and guide them through digital change.
- Prior experience working with or within sales organizations is a strong plus for consulting clients on sales processes.
- Experience with CRM platforms and business automation.
- Comfortable working with agile or traditional project management methodologies.
- Ability to engage with clients and team members at different levels.
- Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
