Responsibilities
- You are responsible for executing demanding transaction banking projects — delivering high quality, taking ownership, and maintaining a strong client focus.
- You define your own focus — whether as a project manager, business analyst, or subject-matter expert in one of the following areas: Cash Management / Liquidity Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Digital Banking & Innovation.
- You will develop your skills with our support through an individual training plan.
- Together with us, you will further develop your business case to secure sustainable project acquisition for your utilization — if desired, we will support you on the path to (equity) partnership.
- Optionally, you can contribute to the company’s further development within Corporate Development.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and willingness to take responsibility.
- Several years of consulting experience with a focus on transaction banking topics.
- Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: payment systems and processes, cash management and liquidity control, trade finance instruments and processes, digitalization in transaction banking.
- Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
- University degree (with good grades) in economics, (business) mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven record of excellent work and project results.
- Very good German language skills (for non-native speakers: at least good German and the willingness to further improve).
- Very good English skills.
