About the role
- Senior Project Manager leading complex IT projects for clients in the access management sector. Collaborating with teams to implement integrated access solutions and improve operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and take full responsibility for the entire client project as the central Project Manager
- Lead the rollout of new integrated access control solutions, including technical, organizational and security-related requirements
- Coordinate the internal project team and external implementation partners
- Ensure transparent, audience-appropriate stakeholder communication
- Take responsibility for budget, risks and dependencies, as well as the roadmap, milestones and status reports
Requirements
- At least 10 years' experience in leading and managing complex large-scale IT projects
- Solid knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project management methods (certifications welcome)
- Strong communication and leadership skills up to senior management level
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style — both independently and collaboratively
- Very good German and English skills for project management
- Willingness to travel for regular client meetings in the greater Cologne area
