Responsibilities
Work across the full product lifecycle with the product team: discovery, prioritization, development, delivery and continuous improvement.
Help the team translate business and user needs into clear requirements (epics, features, and user stories).
Keep the backlog organized, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives.
Lead meetings and report to stakeholders.
Identify and validate problems using data, metrics, and user feedback.
Support qualitative and quantitative research (benchmarks, interviews, and journey analysis).
Define hypotheses and monitor experiments (MVPs, POCs, A/B tests when applicable); identify and implement solutions/tools to support and streamline product management.
Collaborate with engineering/technology, UX, data teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure clear scope, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
Track development progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective).
Define and track product KPIs (usage, conversion, efficiency, business impact).
Support management reporting and status updates for leadership.
Ensure adherence to processes, standards, and product governance best practices.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories.
Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar).
