Responsibilities
- Work across the full product lifecycle with the product team: discovery, prioritization, development, delivery and continuous improvement.
- Help the team translate business and user needs into clear requirements (epics, features, and user stories).
- Keep the backlog organized, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead meetings and report to stakeholders.
- Identify and validate problems using data, metrics, and user feedback.
- Support qualitative and quantitative research (benchmarks, interviews, and journey analysis).
- Define hypotheses and monitor experiments (MVPs, POCs, A/B tests when applicable); identify and implement solutions/tools to support and streamline product management.
- Collaborate with engineering/technology, UX, data teams, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure clear scope, acceptance criteria, and definition of done.
- Track development progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, review, retrospective).
- Define and track product KPIs (usage, conversion, efficiency, business impact).
- Support management reporting and status updates for leadership.
- Ensure adherence to processes, standards, and product governance best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience managing backlogs and writing user stories.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or similar).
