About the role

- Provide gerontopsychiatric support to residents in their daily living environment
- Obtain medical and psychosocial histories and collect information for new admissions

- Evaluate interventions and adjust measures according to need

Requirements
- Qualified nurse (registered nurse) with additional training in gerontopsychiatry or a degree in gerontology, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Several years of experience working with older adults, ideally in gerontopsychiatry
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player
- Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary setting
- Empathetic, sensitive, and attentive to the individual needs of older people
- Identification with the values of the diaconal mission and willingness to engage in an Evangelical care facility
